→ An individual approach is very important to us. That is why before starting classes, each student takes a speaking test, which allows our qualified methodologist to assess the level of English. Analysis of this test helps us to precisely match the classes to the individual needs of the student.
The entire process takes place before the course begins to establish its course, assess the participants’ English language skills and provide guidance to future students.
At Chatschool, we have two options for conducting English classes for companies. At the initial interview stage, we ask if you prefer group or individual classes for your employees. How does it look in practice?
After completing the test, the employee is assigned one lecturer, whom he or she selects in his or her profile panel.
Option to change the teacher. During the course, you decide if you want to improve under the wing of one permanent teacher or change the teacher after the classes. We focus on flexibility and want you to have a sense of choice!
In the lecturer's calendar, the employee selects the date and time of the classes.
Possibility to cancel classes up to 24 hours before they take place without losing tokens.
It happens that some employees in a given company want 1:1 classes, and some want to meet in a group. We can offer you hybrid English classes for companies.
What does this mean? This means the ability to create space for both groups and individual classes depending on your needs and preferences.
→ Group classes - intimate and pleasant
Flexibility in changing groups. If the employee feels that the level is too low/high, they have the option to move to their preferred group, if there is space in it. If there are no spaces, we can create a group for you that meets your needs.
The groups are small, 4-person. We care about your comfort and a pleasant atmosphere conducive to learning English.
Our lecturers are experienced in conducting group classes. Thanks to the materials on the Chatschool platform and the teachers' creativity, they can make the students overcome language barriers

The teachers are carefully selected native speakers and Polish lecturers.
If you work in an environment where you have contact with clients from English-speaking countries from all over the world, you can choose a native speaker according to your preferences.
You can also choose a Polish lecturer if you want to tackle difficult topics and feel that this will make the classes more fruitful.
Employees have access to progress assessments that are systematically completed by their language trainer. Each lesson is assessed almost immediately after its completion. This means you get immediate feedback from your language mentor.
We offer individual and group courses (maximum 4 people in a group). If you feel more comfortable in group conversations or quite the opposite, both options are available to you.
Engaging in a regular conversation in a foreign language can be stressful, let alone a business conversation. That's why we want to break the language barrier and improve the fluency of your employees. Our main goal is to break the fear of speaking, which employees in every industry often struggle with.
In line with our 80/20 principle, language courses at Chatschool are designed to help students build confidence in speaking and overcome the fear of communicating in English. That’s why, during each lesson, the student speaks for 80% of the time, while our teaching staff supports their development and speaking process during the remaining 20%.

English for Business Online is taught at our school at every level of advancement. Our language training and materials are prepared for both beginners and advanced learners.

English for Business is designed to allow lecturers to prepare assessments of your employees' progress.
You have unlimited access to them from our e-learning platform and you know what your employees' development is, their attendance, when lessons are held, what the effect of English classes was and what is still worth working on.

As students acquire language skills, the employee is able to send emails to different countries, use Business English in the target industry and establish new, lucrative cooperation with companies around the world.
→ At this stage, employees who have chosen group English classes are assigned to small, 4-person groups, and 1:1 students begin a corporate English course with a teacher of their choice.
Each student is assigned special tokens, thanks to which they know how many classes they are entitled to. The student also has access to many materials, exercises, and a chat with the teacher, so that they can stay in touch with us from anywhere and at any time.
→ At Chatschool, the onboarding process begins with a practical assessment of language skills that replaces traditional written tests. The employee receives a link to our platform, where they answer a set of questions in English by speaking. Their responses are recorded by the system and later analyzed by our methodologist in terms of fluency, grammatical accuracy, vocabulary range, and overall communicative ability.
This allows us to precisely determine their language level and tailor the learning program to their actual needs.
→ The messages tab, where you can find all the chats that have been started. Any comments or requests are reported there.
Both students and the company manager have access to our platform. Each employee of your company has an individual account, the use of which is extremely intuitive. What will you find on our platform?

The price depends on the number of employees enrolled in the course. However, rates start at 36 PLN per person for a 60-minute group lesson and 90 PLN per person for a 60-minute individual lesson.
